LPN PROGRAM

Ambria College Practical Nursing Program (LPN) is approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

Graduates of the program receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) and seek licensure as Licensed Practical Nurses. Graduates are prepared to assume entry-level practical nursing positions in acute care, long-term care, and ambulatory care settings.

After the completing your LPN, you can qualify for admission for the RN completion program at Ambria.  Upon completion of the RN program, you will earn an Associates Degree in Nursing and are eligible to sit for NCLEX-RN licensing exam to become a registered nurse.
