LPN-TO-RN Program

Applicants seeking admission to the LPN-to-RN program must pass the entrance exam.
The exam has two sections. You are given three attempts to pass the exam.

Applicants must achieve the following scores on each section.
- 75% or higher on Fundamentals

* A course is offered for applicants who do not pass after 3 attempts.
